Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Since each portrait is custom-made, processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your order and current demand.
Creation and Approval
A free preview of your portrait is provided before printing.
You can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the result.
Production and Shipping Times
Once your design is approved, printing and packaging take approximately 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping times depend on your location:

France & Europe: 3 to 7 business days

United States & Canada: 7 to 12 business days

Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs delays, holidays, local postal issues, etc.).
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact our customer service at contact@trynaturald.com . We will investigate the issue with our carrier and find the best possible solution.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns Due to Delivery Failure
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it once it has been received back at our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply.
